30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn

  • Item must be undamaged

  • Item must be in its original condition

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • Not custom engraved

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back so we can guide you through the process.

Custom Engraved Items

Because engraved items are made specifically for your pet, custom engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We carefully personalize each piece to your specifications, which means we cannot resell these items.

If there is an issue due to our error (incorrect engraving, defective product, etc.), please reach out immediately and we will absolutely make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue
