- Removing the collar during rest time
- Regularly checking for any signs of irritation

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the item is:
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- In original condition
Custom engraved items are final sale.
Yes — non-custom items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and undamaged.
Contact us before sending anything back so we can assist you properly.

Engraving & Personalization

Enter your pet’s name (and phone number if applicable) directly in the personalization box on the product page before adding to cart.
Please double-check spelling and formatting — we engrave exactly what is submitted.
Because engraved pieces are custom-made specifically for your pet, custom engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If we made an error or there is a defect, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
If you notice a mistake, email us immediately. If production hasn’t started, we may be able to correct it.
If engraving has already been completed, we cannot modify the item.

Orders & Shipping

Processing time varies depending on the product. Most non-custom items ship within 2–4 business days.
Custom engraved items may take 2–5 business days before shipping due to personalization.
Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
Shipping will take 5-10 business days
If your order has not yet been processed or engraved, we may be able to modify it.
