That said, every dog is different. If your pet has known skin sensitivities, we recommend:

• Removing the collar during rest time

• Regularly checking for any signs of irritation

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the item is:

• Unworn

• Undamaged

• In original condition

Custom engraved items are final sale.

Processing time varies depending on the product. Most non-custom items ship within 2–4 business days.
Custom engraved items may take 2–5 business days before shipping due to personalization.
